The Espanola Valley High School Sundevils scored the first 18 points of the fourth quarter,seizing control of what had been a close game and defeating the Gallup High School Bengals 66-60 in Espanola’s opening game of the boys basketball season Nov. 25 at Espanola.

New Mexico Bank & Trust Asks Community For Help In Giving Back This Holiday Season

Winston Churchill expressed the spirit of the holidays when he said, “We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” The New Mexico Bank & Trust Los Alamos banking center is offering an opportunity for you to share that same spirit of giving during their First Annual Holiday Toy Drive and Fundraiser.

Beginning now and running through Dec. 9, individuals can donate toys, make gifts of cash donations, or purchase handmade Christmas ornaments at  any local banking center, including locations in Espanola, Tierra Amarilla, Los Alamos and Santa Fe.
